In his article, Damir explores the benefits of establishing and operating businesses in Uzbekistan for Russian companies.

The article highlights that the business environment in Uzbekistan has significantly improved in recent years. The government has implemented important legislative reforms, including constitutional changes that prioritize international law over local law. Furthermore, the procedures for company registration have been simplified, and preferential tax conditions have been introduced. Damir also mentiones specific measures, such as the establishment of the Tashkent International Arbitration Center (TIAC), which operates independently from the state, and the creation of favorable conditions for the relocation of IT companies and IT professionals to Uzbekistan.

This new favorable environment has already attracted many prominent players, including Yandex.Taxi, Selectel, and Wildberries, and other foreign companies, including Russian ones, are expected to soon follow suit.
