As part of the extensive business programme, leading Russian and international legal experts – judges, academics and practicing lawyers – will discuss the latest trends for legal services in Russia and England & Wales. The key topics for discussion include the impact of sanctions on Russian and British law firms, resolution of complex cross-border disputes during the pandemic, and other pressing issues.

It is an established tradition at the conference to choose moderators and speakers from among leading Russian and British lawyers, and on the invitation of the organising committee, Dmitry Dyakin, Partner and Head of Arbitration practice at RGP, will moderate the disputes panel discussion.
