The law firm Rybalkin, Gortsunyan & Partners (RGP) is pleased to announce that effective today, March 1, 2022, it will be changing its name to Rybalkin, Gortsunyan, Dyakin & Partners (RGD). The addition of Dmitry Dyakin, Co-Head of the Dispute Resolution practice, as a name partner and the addition of Dmitry’s name to the name of the firm both emphasize his high professional achievements and significant personal contribution to the firm’s development.

Dmitry Dyakin joined the firm in February 2020 with a team of 11 lawyers. His arrival marked the launch of the arbitration practice. During this time, Dmitry's team has provided legal support to some of the market’s largest players (Power Machines, Rosatom, VEB, Rusnano, TMK), has contributed to projects totaling USD11 billion, and has handled over 25 court cases worldwide, including the latest high-profile court victories against foreign nations (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Lithuania).

Dmitry Dyakin is a recognized expert in international arbitration and has been representing clients’ interests in complex disputes for over 20 years. He is on the list of arbitrators maintained by leading international arbitration centers: the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL). Dmitry has completed over 300 court and arbitration proceedings involving, among others, such companies as Alfred C.
