Sargis Grigoryan, Partner at Rybalkin, Gortsunyan, Dyakin & Partners (RGD) law firm and Head of RGD International (Armenia), has decided to leave the RGD team. He plans to pursue an independent career as a counsel and arbitrator.

In August 2022, Sargis Grigoryan took charge of the firm’s first overseas office. The RGD International (Armenia) brand was created based on Grigoryan & Partners law firm, which Sargis founded in 2008.

Sargis Grigoryan possesses a wealth of experience representing clients in over fifty ICSID, ICC, LCIA, and UNCITRAL arbitrations, including investment disputes. At different times, Sargis advocated for Armenian government organizations and major international investors.

Effective July 1, 2023, Irina Danielyan will assume the role of Counsel and take charge of RGD International (Armenia). Irina has significant experience advising on civil matters, commercial arbitrations, corporate disputes, and bankruptcy cases. Her particular areas of interest revolve around corporate, contractual, and financial law.

I plan to continue my practice in the USA, primarily focusing on CIS-related disputes. I also intend to pass the bar examinations to practice in this country.
