The speakers plan to touch upon the leading dispute resolution cities and their major arbitration centers – London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC), International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), etc.
Speakers plan to discuss the pros and cons of each arbitration center, including the financial aspects that must be considered when using their services, and will present the opportunities for Armenia to become a hub providing dispute resolution services, challenges, and new realities.
