On July 5, 2022, ICC Russia Commission on Arbitration held its meeting at the office of Rybalkin, Gortsunyan, Dyakin and Partners (RGD). The meeting’s agenda was focused on the issues of international arbitration in the context of sanctions.

Members of the Commission, representing leading law firms and the largest Russian public and non-public companies, have extensive experience in working under the sanctions regime. During the meeting they shared and exchanged experience and practical recommendations on conducting arbitration proceedings, working with arbitration institutions and issues related to selection process of arbitrators. Members also discussed current legislative changes and initiatives. ICC Russia Secretary General Tatyana Monaghan introduced new members of the Commission.

RGD was represented by partners Dmitry Dyakin (Deputy Chairman of the ICC Russia Commission on Arbitration), Vladimir Pestrikov and counsels Yan Kalish and Yuri Makhonin.
