Rybalkin, Gortsunyan, Dyakin and Partners (RGD) has completed its work on a deal involving the sale of a 100% stake in MTS Armenia.
Among the assets sold was MobiDram CJSC, a payment system that provides financial services in the Armenian market. The company is owned by MTS Armenia.
The deal was supported by lawyers from RGD’s Moscow and Armenian offices: this was the first time they worked simultaneously on a single project. Overseen by Founding Partner and Head of Corporate Practice Suren Gortsunyan, the project was implemented by Counsels Ilya Zotkin and Irina Danielyan, Senior Associate Danil Karimov, and Partner and Head of English Law Practice Anthony Walker.
