Online seminar of the ICC International Court of Arbitration: new rules, new trends
The Russian National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC Russia), jointly with the ICC International Court of Arbitration, will hold an online seminar “ICC International Court of Arbitration: new rules, new trends” at 11am on 27 January 2021.
New ICC Arbitration Rules have entered into force on 1 January 2021. Changes introduced by the new Rules intend to make arbitrations under these Rules even more efficient and user-friendly. In the course of the seminar, an expert panel that includes members of the Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration and practising lawyers will analyse in detail the main changes in the Arbitration Rules, their potential impact on arbitration proceedings, as well as new trends in the international arbitration.
Dmitry Dyakin, Deputy Chairman of the ICC Russia Commission on Arbitration, a partner and Head of International Arbitration Practice at Rybalkin, Gortsunyan & Partners will discuss the powers of the arbitral tribunals under the ICC Rules of Arbitration after issuing an arbitral award, as well as changes in the ICC Rules of Arbitration in relation to additional awards.
