On March 28, 2023, Rybalkin, Gortsunyan, Dyakin & Partners law firm (RGD), in partnership with the CIETAC Hong Kong Arbitration Center, will hold a panel discussion titled “Bridging the Gap for CIS Disputes” during the Paris Arbitration Week.
RGD is the only Russian company that has been invited to contribute to the business program of this event. The firm will be represented by partners Dmitry Dyakin, Anthony Walker, and counsel Yan Kalish. The panel discussion will be co-hosted by the CIETAC Hong Kong Arbitration Center, a major international arbitral institution based in China. With over 65 years of experience, CIETAC has resolved over 55,000 disputes using arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
The participants will explore the changes that sanctions have brought to the global arbitration market and share their thoughts on how the parties can overcome various restrictions and concerns to ensure proper access and representation in arbitration proceedings.
