Maria Samartseva, a Counsel & Head of IP litigation practice at Rybalkin, Gortsunyan, Dyakin and Partners (RGD), held a public open talk “Structured on NFT” dedicated to technologies of non-fungible tokens (NFT).
During the presentation Maria talked about NFT, its characteristics, values, standards, where and how it is used. Maria particularly focused on intellectual property rights and legal aspects of NFТ-deals as well as covered the latest trends and case-studies with application of new technologies and the latest court practice. After the presentation, all participants were able to ask their questions.
