Nato Tskhakaya, the Counsel and Head of the Antitrust and Competition Practice at Rybalkin, Gortsunyan, Dyakin and Partners (RGD) held a seminar for Master's students pursuing commercial law at the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University.
As has become tradition, Nato gave a talk about antitrust compliance. Under her guidance, the students presented their case study, analyzing the tasks that companies need to address to identify antitrust risks and ensure compliance. They also discussed various practical aspects of compliance tools.

Perhaps for the first time ever, they had a chance to try their hand as practitioners working for a real client and apply new tools presented by Nato right on the spot. After the seminar, students continued asking questions about compliance and inquired about internships with RGD. I would like to thank Nato and RGD for this practical immersion into the topic,” shared Elena Abrosimova, the Chair of Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University.
