Rybalkin, Gortsunyan, Dyakin & Partners Law Firm (RGD) is pleased to announce the opening of its first overseas office in Yerevan (Armenia), which will begin operating under the RGD International brand on the 5 September 2022.

The office of RGD International opens on the basis of the local law firm Grigoryan and Partners, which has existed since 2008 and specializes in international disputes and public international law. Firm's partner Sargis Grigoryan becomes a partner of RGD.

Before starting his law firm Grigoryan and Partners, Sargis worked at various international law firms in London. Sargis holds extensive experience representing clients in more than fifty ICSID, ICC, LCIA, and UNCITRAL arbitration cases, including investment disputes. Among Sargis' clients are government authorities of Armenia and major international investors.

RGD International practices span the full range of litigation, arbitration and regulatory work, with substantial expertise in commercial and contractual disputes, insolvency and restructuring disputes, banking and finance litigation, commercial and investment arbitrations, M&A and shareholders disputes in various industries in the sovereign and commercial sectors.
