Dmitry Dyakin, Co-Head of Dispute Resolution Practice at Rybalkin, Gortsunyan, Dyakin & Partners law firm (RGD) , and Yan Kalish, Counsel at RGD Dispute Resolution Practice, joined the management team of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).

SIAC is an independent, non-profit arbitration institution. Over its thirty-year history, SIAC has garnered international recognition from the business community, solidifying its position as one of the world’s leading arbitration centers.

Dmitry Dyakin has been an active member of the SIAC Arbitration Court since 2021, successfully retaining his seat till the end of 2024 after the re-election process. Dmitry is the only representative from Russia who joined the Arbitration Court to work alongside more than thirty international commercial arbitration experts from various countries.

Yan Kalish became a member of the newly established Youth SIAC Council (YSIAC Council). The Council will focus on promoting SIAC’s rules and procedures, fostering cooperation programs, and strengthening the international network of young lawyers and YSIAC members worldwide. Yan holds a position on the YSIAC Council for EMEA, which encompasses Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
