Anthony Walker, Partner and Head of the English Law Practice at Rybalkin, Gortsunyan, Dyakin & Partners law firm (RGD), held a master class on the current trends in arbitration clauses for HSE University students.

The event took place just before an internship organized by RGD for Master's students pursuing law at Russia’s top universities. The purpose of this meeting was to give students a deeper understanding of their future profession, help them discover their talents, and allow them to immerse themselves in the firm's key projects, work in teams and participate in major transactions and disputes involving Russian business globally.

In his speech, Anthony discussed the standards for conducting arbitration disputes and the latest trends in this area.

“Speaking in front of students is always exciting. It is not so much about sharing technical aspects of your work that students are bound to learn on the job. It is about instilling passion for the profession and making them eager to work with you and in your firm.
