Dmitry Kaysin, a partner with Dispute Resolution practice at Rybalkin, Gortsunyan, Dyakin and Partners (RGD), participates in the IX Moscow Legal Forum (MLF) “LegalTech: scientific solutions for professional legal activity”.
Under the auspices of the Forum, there will be the scientific-practical conference “Scientific tactical-forensic solutions for professional legal practice” organized by the Department of Forensic Study of the Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL) in cooperation with the Working group of ICC Russia on psychology in international arbitration. Dmitry will be a co-host of the conference and a speak on interview’s techniques in respect of witnesses in international commercial arbitration.
The Moscow Legal Forum has been held since 2014. The format of the Forum allows for the widest range of scientific and practical discussions and events - from industry conferences and “round tables” to scientific and practical seminars. Traditionally, MLF brings together representatives of the leading Russian and foreign law schools, public authorities, and lawyers.
