Dmitry Dyakin, Partner and the Co-head of Dispute Resolution practice at Rybalkin, Gortsunyan, Dyakin and Partners, participates

in the VIII Annual Arbitration Association (RAA) Conference. RGD acts as a partner of the event.

The participants of the conference will discuss the transformation of the Russian legal market, current challenges and perspectives. Dmitry will speak about third party funding (TPF). In his presentation, he will cover the questions of litigation funding both in Russia and worldwide, why TPF is an attractive tool even for clients which have money for litigation, why you have to involve foreign structures for international arbitration and what are the peculiarities of foreign TPF.

The Arbitration Association was founded in 2013 to unite legal practitioners, law firms and academics.
