RGD Partner Shared His Opinion on Resolving Conflicts of Interest in International Arbitration

Dmitry Dyakin, Partner and Co-Head of the Dispute Resolution Practice at Rybalkin, Gortsunyan, Dyakin & Partners (RGD), shared his perspective on resolving conflicts of interest in international arbitration. Dmitry Dyakin serves as the Deputy Chairman of the ICC Russia Commission on Arbitration.
