RGD Partner Speaks at Tech Day

On May 16, Konstantin Mineev, Partner at Corporate Practice of the law firm Rybalkin, Gortsunyan, Dyakin and Partners (RGD), took part in Aspring Capital Tech Day, a conference dedicated to the development of the technology sector in Russia.

The event was a live discussion that saw shareholders, executives, and investors from leading Russian tech companies come together to explore successful cases in the mergers and acquisitions market and talk about the pressing challenges that currently confront the industry.

Konstantin spoke at the IPO and DPO session, where experts, including Natalia Loginova, Head of Issuer Relationship Management at the Moscow Exchange, and Denis Korablev, Managing Director at Positive Technologies, discussed how to properly prepare for the placement of shares and conduct a valuation, as well as when it makes sense to hold a DPO.

“I am confident in the continued growth and development of the Russian technology market,” said Konstantin Mineev. “Navigating this dynamic landscape necessitates a comprehensive understanding of the legal framework. Tech Day has offered participants a unique opportunity to exchange viewpoints and collectively chart the course for our future.”
