Nato Tskhakaya, Partner and Head of Regulatory Practice at the Rybalkin, Gortsunyan, Dyakin and Partners (RGD) law firm, was invited to lecture at the Russian Foreign Trade Academy (RFTA) to teach an eight-session course to students. The course entitled “Anti-corruption Compliance” is designed for first-year students in the master’s degree program “International Economic Law” at the Faculty of International Law. At the end of June, masters will have to take an exam.

The program provides a comprehensive understanding of the regulation of international economic activities. A heavy emphasis is placed on practice: all lecturers are hands-on professionals and leading experts in their respective fields.

Nato’s lectures introduce students to the main types of compliance, its tasks and functions, and also cover the basics of anti-corruption, banking, antitrust and sanctions compliance. In addition to theoretical and historical aspects, the course includes analysis of hands-on examples and notorious cases.

Formerly, Nato has been invited as a lecturer at Lomonosov Moscow State University and was on the Examination Board for these past three years.
