Nato Tskhakaya and Anastasia Konstantinova, Partners at Rybalkin, Gortsunyan, Dyakin and Partners law firm (RGD), took part in the Pravo.ru conference focused on the legal challenges and opportunities presented by sanctions as a speaker and moderator, respectively.

The conference brought together top experts in the Russian legal market working for major law firms constantly featured in the PRAVO-300 Rating. They shared insights and best practices related to the sanctions imposed against major Russian companies and provided practical recommendations on the legal opportunities for businesses facing tightening sanctions regimes.

The participants also discussed the emerging shift of investment focus from Western countries to new jurisdictions that are not subject to sanctions risk for Russian companies.

Nato Tskhakaya, Head of RGD’s Antitrust Practice, gave an overview of restrictions on transactions during the counter-sanctions period and provided relevant compliance recommendations.

Anastasia Konstantinova, Head of RGD’s Sanctions Practice, moderated the session titled “Judicial Practice and Legal Opportunities for Businesses in the Age of Sanctions.” Representatives of other legal firms, including VEGAS LEX, Delcredere, BGP Litigation, Alfa Capital, Orion Partners, and LGS Legal Services, joined the discussion as guest speakers.
