On June 25, St. Petersburg hosted the XIV Russian M&A Congress: White Nights 2024, which was organized by PREQVECA and Cbonds Congress. The event included an award ceremony to celebrate the best M&A deals in a range of industries, including the food, agriculture, chemicals, metals, IT, mechanical engineering, finance, and retail sectors.

The Rybalkin, Gortsunyan, Dyakin and Partners (RGD) law firm advised on the deal that won in the chemicals category. Renowned for comprehensive support and expertise, the RGD team played a pivotal role in the transaction, which involved the sale of a 100% stake in Orica CIS (a subsidiary of the world's leading explosives manufacturer) to Russian legal entity Evoblast.
