AAE is a professional public platform created for liaising with the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia (FAS of Russia) and other government agencies in order to reach a consensus on the issues of developing competition and improving the antitrust and competition laws and practices. Members of the Association participated in drafting the most significant regulatory acts of modern Russia. Over the period of its existence, the Association has proved itself to the FAS of Russia and to representatives of business to be a professional, unbiased and efficient instrument in a dialogue on the issues of antitrust regulation.
