Stanislav Karandasov, a counsel with Dispute Resolution practice at Rybalkin, Gortsunyan, Dyakin & Partners (RGD), participates in the annual conference “Bankruptcy-2022: what to expect?” organised by the Kommersant newspaper on April 14, 2022. RGD acts as a partner of the event.

The conference is devoted to bankruptcy and all other issues related to this topic. Lawyers, representatives of the State and business community will discuss the development of bankruptcy legislation, implementation and its consequences for the members of the business community as well as the tools which are not related to bankruptcy directly but making it possible to look at this institute in a more creative manner with a wider perspective.  

Stanislav speaks at the first business session with the presentation “The role of bankruptcy in foreign assets management”. His report includes discussion of the ways of further development of foreign businesses in Russia, mechanisms of transfer of Russian assets for companies leaving Russia as well as analyses of the draft law “On external administration on organization management”.
