Yan Kalish, a counsel of Dispute Resolution practice at Rybalkin, Gortsunyan, Dyakin & Partners (RGD) participated in FIRE Starters Global Summit that took place on 23-25 February in Dublin. Within the Summit, there was an essay competition where Yan Kalish participated as one of the judges. Young lawyers presented their essays on the topic: «The crossover between fraud and insolvency in my jurisdiction». The judges chose three best essays written by Caitlin Bruce, Collas Crill (1st place), James Saunders, New Square Chambers (2nd place) и David Johnson, PCB Byrne LLP (3rd place).
