Rybalkin, Gortsunyan and Partners (RGP) corporate team advised Etalon Group on a transaction for the acquisition of a site to be used for a residential development project in Ekaterinburg. As part of its acquisitions programme, Etalon Group has expanded its portfolio by acquiring a site for a development with an NSA of 1.5 mln sqm.
The team was led by Suren Gortsunyan, RGP managing partner and head of corporate practice, and included senior advisor Anthony Walker and associate Danil Karimov.
