On November 23-25, 2021 the regular conference “Russian-English Law Week” took place with the support of the Bar Council and Law Society of England and Wales. The conference (which was moved into a virtual format in recent years) was held for the twelfth time and traditionally brought together the leading legal experts, providing a unique platform for sharing experience as well as establishing and expanding ties between lawyers of the two countries.
Rybalkin, Gortsunyan and Partners’ Counsel Yan Kalish spoke at the conference within Pecha Kucha session. This is a specific format of presentation when each speaker has 7 minutes to address the topic having twenty slides at the background, which automatically change every 20 seconds.
Yan’s topic was focused on the achievements and challenges of the arbitration law reform in Russia five years after it was launched.
