The Antitrust & Competition practice will support RGP’s foreign and Russian clients, first and foremost with respect to foreign investments in strategic industries, merger control filings, antitrust compliance, and representing clients before the Federal Antimonopoly Service.

Until now, RGP’s corporate practice included the following divisions: Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Tax, Infrastructure, Corporate Finance, and Compliance.

Nato Tskhakaya has many years’ experience in antitrust laws and regulations and advising clients on M&A transactions and infrastructure projects. Among Nato’s clients are major Russian and international oil and gas companies, investment funds, and diversified holdings.

Prior to joining RGP, Nato was a partner at Danilov & Partners law firm, and before that, she worked at international law firms Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld and Salans.

Nato graduated from the Law School of the Moscow State University named after M. V. Lomonosov in 2007 and earned her LLM degree from Duke University (USA) in 2010.
