Rybalkin, Gortsunyan and Partners (RGP) participates in the Russian Arbitration Week which takes place on 4-9 April, 2022 in Moscow. Russian Arbitration Week is a landmark event that gathers leading foreign lawyers and Russian arbitration community to discuss the latest trends and news in international arbitration. Dmitry Dyakin, the Co-Head of RGP Dispute Resolution practice, acts as the Chair of the Russian Arbitration Week.

For the first time ever, the Russian Arbitration Week gathers main arbitration events of the year within one week in Moscow and makes this week one of the most remarkable in the international arbitration diary. The agenda includes seminars, roundtables, lectures, and presentations from the legends of international arbitration. RGP lawyers participate in key events of the Russian Arbitration Week.

4 April 2022 – the seminar organized by Singapore International Arbitration Center (SIAC) «Arbitrating at SIAC: Insights for Russian users» with Dmitry Dyakin, co-head of RGP Dispute Resolution practice and SIAC Court Member, as a moderator.

5 April 2022 – the VII Russian Arbitration Day, a conference dedicated to the development of arbitration in Russia and abroad.

6 April 2022 – Roundtable by International Chamber of Commerce in Russia (ICC Russia) dedicated to practical aspects of bankruptcy proceedings influencing the arbitration agreement and arbitration procedure. Moderator: Vladimir Pestrikov, a partner with RGP Dispute Resolution practice.

7 April 2022 – GAR Live: Moscow 2022 by Global Arbitration Review (GAR), the leading resource on international arbitration news and community intelligence. RGP acts as the headline sponsor of the event. Dmitry Dyakin takes active part in developing the conference programme as its co-chair.
