An associate at Rybalkin, Gortsunyan & Partners (RGP), Daniil Ivanov, joined the Association of Antimonopoly Experts.

Daniil specializes in various antitrust law issues and is experienced in advising clients in connection with the approval of economic concentration transactions by the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russian Federation, as well as coordinating foreign investments in strategic companies with the Government Commission. In addition, Daniil advises clients on issues related to abuse of dominance, anticompetitive agreements and unfair competition. Daniil also participates in antitrust disputes, representing clients both before the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russian Federation and the Russian arbitrazh courts.
