Rybalkin, Gortsunyan and Partner’s corporate team advised HeadHunter in a strategic deal to acquire a shareholding in the YouDo platform. The transaction was successfully completed on 28 October 2021.

The team was headed by RGP’s Managing Partner & Head of Corporate practice Suren Gortsunyan and included Corporate Counsel Konstantin Mineev, who was in charge of the project, Senior Advisor Anthony Walker who provided opinion on English law and Associate Danil Karimov.

HeadHunter is the leading online recruitment platform in Russia and CIS and one of the largest websites for job search and staff recruitment. Over 350 000 companies are HeadHunter’s clients, and its CV database includes over 50 mln profiles.

YouDo is one of the largest Russian horizontal online service marketplaces matching freelance labour demand and supply in C2C and B2B segments.
