President of the International Chamber of Commerce’s International Court of Arbitration Mr. Alexis Mourre will be giving the key note address in the panel session of the conference led by RGP’s own Dmitry Dyakin. Counsel Dmitry Kaysin will speak about cross-examination of witnesses in the session devoted to online hearings.

This is an annual event held with the active support of the ICC International Court of Arbitration. It traditionally aims to promote the development of international commercial arbitration in Russia and the CIS countries, to popularize Russia as a place for dispute resolution, and to promote Russian arbitrators at the national and international levels. ICC Russia is bringing together the representatives of the Russian Ministry of Justice and leading experts of Russian and international legal community to speak at the conference. RGP’s arbitration team traditionally take an active part in shaping the business program of the event.

The conference will be held in Russian and English with simultaneous translation.
