Wolters Kluwer publishes a book with a chapter written by RGP’s counsel
Yuri Makhonin, a counsel at Rybalkin, Gortsunyan and Partners’ Dispute Resolution practice, has co-authored a chapter titled “The Possibility of Setting Aside Arbitral Awards in a Country That Was Not the Place of Arbitration” that was included into the book “Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards in Russia and Former USSR States” recently published by Wolters Kluwer.








The chapter contains analysis of Russian and international law dealing with potential setting aside arbitral awards in a country that was not the place of arbitration and contains overview of contradictory court practice in different countries.

The book edited by Roman Zykov comprises artworks of distinguished Russian and foreign arbitration specialists and contains analysis of New York Convention of 1958, Russian procedural law and possibilities of setting aside arbitral awards in Russia and former USSR states.
