RGP’s Counsel Acts as an Expert in the Country’s Largest Moot Competition
On 13 April, Konstantin Mineev, counsel with RGP’s Corporate Practice, took part in the Third Russian Legal Contest (RLC) as an expert. He also delivered a lecture entitled “M&A Transactions”.

In his lecture Konstantin focused on such relevant practical aspects, as M&A stages, differences between Russian and English law M&As and the effect of sanctions; he also gave some tips to novice lawyers in their M&A practice.

RLC is probably the largest students’ moot court competition. Each year, 130 to 140 teams of talented students take part in the RLC to demonstrate their skills and talents in a moot court environment. The competition’s outreach is from Vladivostok to Kaliningrad. RLC’s experts include Roman Bevzenko, Artem Karapetov, Victor Vaipan and others.

Supported by the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) and the Russian academic and professional legal community, the event has been held since 2019.

For details, please see RLC’s official website.
