Yan Kalisah focuses on international arbitration and litigation in Russia and abroad. Prior to joining RGP Yan worked as an associate in the Moscow offices of Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan and Baker Botts L.L.P. Yan represents clients before arbitral tribunals acting under the rules of various institutions, including ICC, SCC, LCIA and SCAI. He also advises clients on complex cross-border litigations involving proceedings before the courts of the United States, Norway, British Virgin Islands, Cyprus and Russia. Yan’s experience covers matters governed by New York, Delaware, English, Swedish, Norwegian, German, BVI, Cypriot, Swiss, Bahamian, Panamanian and Russian law.

Alexander Lazarev focuses on litigation and arbitration in Russia. Prior to joining RGP, Alexander was a dispute resolution associate in the Moscow office of Dechert for nearly ten years. Alexander has extensive experience advising Russian and international clients on construction, commercial, corporate and real estate disputes, bankruptcy cases, and on recognition and enforcement of foreign common court and arbitral awards. Alexander is recognized by Best Lawyers among the top Arbitration and Mediation lawyers in Russia.

Daniil Ivanov focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, corporate finance and private equity issues. He also has experience in dispute resolution. Prior to joining RGP, Daniil worked as a paralegal in the Moscow office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton.

Maria Shaubert focuses on dispute resolution including international commercial and investment arbitration, as well as foreign and Russian litigation. Prior to joining RGP, Maria worked as a paralegal in the Moscow office of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton.

Vladislav Viryasov focuses on dispute resolution as well as mergers and acquisitions, in particular in energy and natural resources, industry and transportation sectors. Prior to joining RGP, Vladislav participated in internship programs in the Moscow office of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld

Danil Karimov focuses on mergers and acquisitions and private equity issues and also has experience in dispute resolution. Prior to joining RGP, Danil worked as a paralegal in the Moscow office of DLA Piper.

Nikolay Kuzmin focuses on mergers and acquisitions, in particular in energy and natural resources, industry and transportation, retail and real estate sectors. Before joining RGP, Nikolay was a paralegal at Clifford Chance CIS Limited.
