The pandemic and related restrictions continue to have a significant impact on foreign trade relations. During the webinar experts will speak about the pandemic as a force majeure event and explain how to protect one’s interests in case of default of foreign trade contracts as a result of it.

They will outline the current requirements for the repatriation of foreign currency proceeds and provide recommendations to suppliers with respect to existing and new contracts during the pandemic. RGP’s Managing partner Suren Gortsunyan will be chairing the event as moderator, while speakers will include partner Ivan Meleshenko, counsel Yuri Makhonin and associate Marina Abazyan.
