The Committee will be chaired by Kirsten Teo, Counsel at De Almeida Perera, with Olga Kim from KIM Consulting Sarl acting as its Vice-Chair. TIAC45 is an association of international arbitrators and arbitration practitioners under 45, in the CIS and beyond. TIAC45 operates under the auspices of the Tashkent International Arbitration Centre (TIAC). The mission of the TIAC45 group is to promote interest in and knowledge of the latest arbitration issues and developments; and to provide opportunities for both professional development and community engagement.
Yan represents clients before arbitral tribunals acting under the rules of various institutions, including ICC, SCC, LCIA and SCAI. He also advises clients on complex cross-border litigations involving proceedings before the courts of the United States, Norway, British Virgin Islands, Cyprus and Russia. Yan’s experience covers matters governed by English, Swedish, Norwegian, German, Panamanian, Russian, Cypriot, New York, Delaware, Bahamian and BVI law.
