RGP has completed a large-scale restructuring of its Litigation & Arbitration practice splitting it into two key areas: Litigation & Investigations Practice headed by Ilya Rybalkin and Arbitration Practice headed by Dmitry Dyakin. Prior to joining RGP, Dmitry co-headed the Litigation & Arbitration practice at a leading Russian law firm. Dmitry joined RGP with a team of six professionals, including Vladimir Pestrikov, Partner and Dmitry Kaysin, Counsel.
With 26 lawyers in its Litigation & Arbitration practice, RGP has become one of the largest Russian dispute resolution law firms. We have one of the most experienced and well-balanced legal teams in the market, boasting four partners, nine counsels and 13 associates who represent clients before Russian federal courts and in domestic and international arbitrations.
