Oleg Isaev, a partner at RGP’s corporate practice and a graduate of MGIMO, addressed the students at the formal opening session and took part in the poster session.

Junior associates of RGP Nikolay Kuzmin and Vladislav Viryasov, also MGIMO graduates, joined Oleg Isaev and told the students about the benefits of working at RGP, main areas of practice, projects and clients of the firm, the selection procedure, specifics of combining study and work, and generally about starting a legal career.

Yan Kalish, a counsel at RGP’s dispute resolution practice, gave a presentation “Foreign judicial instruments in the international disputes involving Russian parties”.

Oleg Isaev has commented: “It was a pleasure to visit MGIMO again, to meet the new generation of students, see how motivated and engaged they are, and tell them about the firm we have created. By the way, RGP currently employs as many as six graduates of MGIMO. I am certain that the relations between RGP and MGIMO will continue blossoming, and that a few students will join our team in the future.”

The International Law School of MGIMO was founded in 1948 and, along with the School of History and International Relations, represents the university’s oldest school, and MGIMO itself is celebrating its 75th anniversary in 2019.
