Prior to joining the RGD team, Alexander was employed at a major Russian law firm and litigation and arbitration boutique firm, where he acted for Russian and foreign companies and individuals as well as foreign states in complex investor-state, commercial arbitration and cross-border dispute matters. Alexander’s track record covers arbitration and litigation in USA, UK, France, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Switzerland, Cyprus, UAE, BVI, Bermuda, Belarus, Baltic, Balkan and Central Asian states, etc. He has also advised clients on high-profile transboundary M&A transactions, antitrust, compliance and sanctions-related matters.
