Alexander Poychenko is an associate with RGD’s Sanctions and Dispute Resolution practices.
Prior to joining the RGD team, Alexander worked at the Saint Petersburg office of Borenius, a leading Finnish law firm, and its Russian successor where he advised Russian and foreign clients (predominantly from Northern Europe) on international arbitration and unilateral economic measures against Russia. Alexander is also experienced in corporate law and conducting legal due diligence.

Advising a Swedish company, a market-leading provider of systems solutions for central financial institutions in Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and its majority shareholder on debt restructuring, corporate management and legal support for day-to-day activity in Russia and foreign jurisdictions
Advising a Danish company, a world leader in the processing of frozen fish production, on selling its Russian business to the local management team and investors
