Alexandra Alimova is a junior associate at RGD’s Dispute Resolution Practice. Alexandra also has experience in advising on various aspects of corporate law.
Prior to joining RGD Alexandra worked at one of the leading investment banks in Russia. Alexandra specialized in general corporate support of several companies, preparation of claims and notions, drafting and execution of corporate resolutions, policies and mid-level transactional documentation (complex loan agreements, SPAs, facility agreements, etc.). Also Alexandra was an intern at the major Italian-Russian generating company.
Alexandra is the author of academic articles on corporate law and is a finalist of several international competitions on foreign direct investment law (Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot, Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court).
