Alexei Klementiev is a Senior Associate at RGD’s Corporate Practice.
Background
Prior to joining the RGD team, Alexei was employed at an international law firm and spent 10 years serving in various roles at Raiffeisenbank’s Legal Department. In the recent years, he provided legal support to Capital Markets, Investment Banking, and Corporate Finance as a Senior Vice President. Alexei's experience covers transactions with derivatives and securities, and various types of bank financing. He provided legal support for bilateral and syndicated loans issued to major Russian and international borrowers, handled collateral documents across various jurisdictions, and coordinated financial transactions with a team of international legal advisers. Alexei completed a doctoral program at the HSE University, where he currently works as a Senior Lecturer.
