Ashot Mejlumyan
Ashot Mejlumyan is a tax professional in our Corporate practice. His practice focuses on tax and finance issues for corporate and finance transactions. He performs financial and tax due diligence in the course of sales, acquisitions and restructuring of companies. In addition, he advises companies on tax issues in Armenia, transfer pricing, tax effective structuring of investments and operations in Armenia, along with financial statements.
Background
Prior to joining RGD, Ashot Mejlumyan dealt with financial, accounting and tax issues of various companies, including companies with foreign investments, operating in development and construction, retail, real estate, healthcare, and services, for more than 10 years.
Prior to that, he worked in the fiscal and tax areas of the government system.
