Damir Amanbaev
Damir Amanbaev is a counsel with a corporate practice of RGD International Central Asia.
Damir is specializing and practicing in commercial and corporate matters, consulting on investment projects, banking and finance, export and import transactions as well as loan agreements.
Damir also has diverse experience in conducting due diligence of companies within the mergers and acquisition transactions as well as consulting on corporate compliance.
Professional Experience
Prior to joining RGD International Central Asia Damir worked at law firms Avrora Legal and Winfields as well as headed legal department at Uzbek-American joint company CNH Industrial. Moreover, Damir gained most of his professional experience by working in such banks as JSC “Agrobank”, PJSCB “Orient Finance Bank” and JSC “Korean Development Bank”.
