Dmitry Smirnov is an associate with RGD Dispute Resolution practice. He advises clients on international commercial and investment arbitration, international litigation and sanctions issues.
Dmitry is experienced in representing clients in arbitration proceedings under the rules of ICSID AF, UNCITRAL, ICC, SIAC, and LCIA. His professional expertise covers infrastructure and construction disputes, banking disputes, and complex cross-border disputes with parallel proceedings.
Dmitry is a member of the Council of Modern Arbitration (YIMA) and the Young International Council for International Arbitration (Young ICCA). During his professional training, he participated participated in international arbitration (William C. Vis Moot) and international investment arbitration (FDI Moot Court) moot-courts, and now is actively involved as a coach of student teams.
