Dmitry Smirnov is a junior associate with RGD Dispute Resolution practice. He advises clients on international commercial and investment arbitration, international litigation and sanctions issues.
In the course of his professional training he has participated in international arbitration (William C. Vis Moot) and international investment arbitration (FDI Moot Court) moot-courts. Dmitry is a member of the Council for Modern Arbitration (YIMA) and organiser of the 2018 EAEC Dispute Resolution competition.
Prior to joining RGD, Dmitry completed an internship at a Russian law firm specialising in dispute resolution.
