Elena Murashko is a junior associate at RGD’s Dispute Resolution practice. Elena focuses on international commercial arbitration as well as investment treaty arbitration.
Elena is the author of academic articles on issues of international investment law and WTO law, as well as the finalist of several international moot court competitions (Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot, John H. Jackson Moot Court Competition on WTO law, Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition).
Prior to joining RGD, Elena worked in the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. She was responsible for representing the Russian Federation in WTO disputes, negotiations on bilateral investment treaties, free trade agreements, WTO agreements and analysis of the impact of sanctions on trade. Also, Elena completed internships in legal departments of two leading industrial and energy companies.
