• Advising the client on legal due diligence of a wind power park and relevant M&A and joint venture documentation

• Advising the client in connection with a proposed M&A and joint venture transaction in relation to a Russian energy group holding 8 solar power plants

• Representing a Russian gold-mining company in connection with EBRD’s investments in its charter capital and agreements on the corporate management structure of a Russian open joint-stock company

• Representing a Russian gold-mining company in connection with a joint venture with a Swedish public company in the field of gold mining

• Representing the client in arbitration proceedings on complex issues involving maintenance of energy generating equipment

• Representing a major Russian grain trading company in connection with acquisition of an infrastructure complex in a seaport located on the territory of the Russian Federation, including advice on the aspects of its further management. The amount of the transaction exceeded US$ 260 million

• Representing a client in connection with establishing a joint venture for development of a land bank in the Russian Federation aimed at its further comprehensive development. The transaction value amounted to US$ 400 million

• Advising a Russian developer on issues regarding negotiation of and performance under a construction contract with the total amount exceeding US$ 200 million

• Advising the biggest Russian exporter of grain, a subsidiary of the largest international trade holding, with respect to the sale of its agricultural business. The project involved, amongst other, advise on matters involving mitigation of Russian historical risks in connection with holding and operating agricultural lands

• Representing a major Russian metal mining company in an equity finance transaction with a major Russian state controlled bank

• Representing a major Russian bank in connection with the proposed acquisition of a large Russian regional bank

• Representing one of the biggest Russian banks, as lender, in a RUR15 billion (US$500 million) secured loan to shareholders of a major Russian industrial group

• Representing a foreign public company in connection with entering into several construction contracts to develop trade and residential buildings in several regions of the Russian Federation
