Irina Danielyan is a counsel with our Dispute Resolution practice, advocate.
Irina has extensive experience of advising on civil proceedings, commercial arbitration, shareholders disputes, and bankruptcy. Irina represents clients in connection with commercial issues before the Armenian courts. Irina has significant experience dealing with disputes arising out of all types of commercial transactions.
Also, Irina represents clients’ interests in international judicial bodies, including international arbitration courts, and the European Court of Human Rights, etc. In addition to representing clients in arbitration proceedings, Irina is often instructed to act in complex litigation proceedings in support of arbitration, including in relation to the enforcement or the setting aside of arbitral awards, as well as urgent interim relief applications in the domestic courts in the CIS region. Irina regularly advises on high value, multi-jurisdictional disputes in litigation.
Irina is also experienced in advising on alternative dispute resolution techniques.
Her special experience is in disputes related to corporate, contractual, and financial law.
Prior to joining RGD, Irina headed litigation practice at an Armenian law firm with a most outstanding litigation practice for 3 years. Before that, Irina worked as an in-house lawyer in a major Armenian bank, Public Television of Armenia and other reputable companies.

Drafting and lodging applications to the European Court of Human Rights
Preparing requests for interim measures, where there is an imminent risk of irreparable harm according to Rule 39
