Konstantin Mishin is an associate at RGD’s Dispute Resolution practice. He has 13 years of experience in international arbitration and Russian litigation on a wide range of commercial matters, including the recovery of multi-million-dollar damages for the downtime of large European automobile and agricultural plants.
Prior to joining RGD, Konstantin worked at Renault Russia and Sodrugestvo Group (the largest agricultural corporation in Eastern Europe), where he resolved disputes and disagreements with strategic partners and advised internal clients on finding mutually beneficial solutions.
Konstantin received his LL.M. in International Arbitration at the American University Washington College of Law (ranked 7th in International Law in the US), where he was awarded a Full-Ride Scholarship.
