• Representing an independent creditor of Probusinessbank in a dispute stemming from the dissipation of Probusinessbank's assets worth more than USD 180 million by its former shareholders and management.

• Representing an independent creditor in insolvency proceedings of two companies of Gamma, a Russian hotel operator.

• Representing more than 200 Uzbekistani employees of a bankrupt company with regard to their claims on unpaid salary and interest calculated under Uzbekistani law, and on the order of payments in the bankruptcy proceedings
